OK FOLKS, FOLLOWING ON FROM THAT DIATRIBE, some little snaps and some descriptive text are in order.

At BRUNSWICK HEADS, NSW, we have a very special mother, like, all mothers are special, right? But firstly; how do you know your mother? Smell,IMG_0001.jpg her touch, "I,m your mother, right, now eats your beans". Here is my mother. Her ashes reside with me, I remember her smell, she smelt like butter and flour, mushrooms, solvol, bar soap, some delicate odours of horses and sheep come through, and thats no bullshit.

So whats this other mother? Well she is a dolphin, she has had 3 babies in the last 5 years. "How would he know", they say. Let me show you a photo, this will enlighten you, "how do you know your mother".Mummy_dolphin_compressed.jpg

Many days observing on the rocky boardwalk, conversations with other village people, we know who mummy dolphin is, so boofhead wrote a poem. You now know how to tell a mother, dolphin, that is. GOOGLE 'mummy dolphin'.

This the the hard part, saw a mother whale and her calf, (baby), Oct, 1st, 2010, I will recognise her dorsal fin next time, (I hope). Anyway a series of photos;Whale1.jpg
